This really makes me angry!!!!

I learned from a person in the class graduating after mine that several students in my class cheated in physiology. Someone in my class apparently stole exams and passed them to to others in my class and hers.

And folks.... this was quite a while back. These people are practicing now. As I recall, we all signed an honor code in order to prohibit this juvenile behavior. Really.....if you had to cheat, do you deserve the repsonsibility of this profession??

Should these people be punished? Regarding the issue of recertifying, these people should have to recertify if not being suspended or reprimanded!

Let it go...They couldn't cheat on the C-exam and that is what really matters.

Agree - let it go.

In the end, integrity wins.

If you are truly unable to let it go, I think an option is to call the school and let them know students are stealing tests, so that it can be prevented in the future. But I agree that there is nothing that can be done to the students from your class.

I agree with the above statement. A lot of times teachers will reuse an exam for a long time. I would make sure at the very least you get them to change the questions so the test bank is still not out there helping people cheat.

while stealing the tests was NOT the right thing to do... they most likely still learned the information, and are safe clinicians. As the previous posters said, just let the professors know to change up the tests. many professors need such a reminder every few years.

So recently there was a report that came out that said Radiology Dr's get together to create test file (not the exact term) for those coming up to use to prepare for Boards. These Dr's would go immediately after they took their Boards to write down as much as they could.

They too signed some sort of honor agreement. HA's tend to only be as strong as organization enforcing it.
