I took my NCLEX-RN exam Friday. I started crying before I even reached my car, and have been since. The test shut off at 75 questions and it took me around 2 hours. I had a lot of SATA, pharm and infection, one drag and drop. I've been trying to figure out what question I had all day... I feel like a lot of "lower level" questions, and not many priority. I had no med calcs, no hot spots. The drugs I felt like I had never seen in my life, let alone be able to tell you side effects. I'm feeling really down and embarassed. I will hopefully find out my results tomorrow morning.
Does anyone know a good website or examples of what is a "lower level" question and what is an "upper level" question?
My state sux. We don't have quick results in CA. I'd pay $100 to know if I passed or not. It's maddening not knowing. I think you should get the results @ the testing center. I mean it is computerized. Funny how the ATI testing has automatic results and the real deal doesn't. Lame.
I said that exact same thing to my mother when I got out of my test! I would pay $100+ to get my results! These last two weeks of waiting have been the worst of my life. I just want to know if I failed so I can get on with my life.

Actually only about 27 states participate in the Quick Results, it most definitely is not most of them.
What would you have done if you had to wait more than two months to get your results and then know if you missed a section, you would have to wait a full 6 months before being able to complete it?
It is also a very well known fact as to how CA does things, and this should have been discussed by your school with you. You easily could have tested for another state that has Quick Results and then endorsed back to CA when you had the original license. That was your choice to make. But they are the only state in the US that does not charge someone going for the LVN with having to pay for the license until they actually pass the exam.

BTW, I'm not sure what your particular state does, but I found out mine has a number you can call too look up your license. It's two business days to look it up on the web but I found out I could call in one day because the phone number was faster.
Maybe yours has a number too.
