Hello there, fellow RNs! Have you ever applied for a staff nurse position this year at The Medical City? How was your application, pre-employment, training, and hiring experience? Share us your thoughts!

If your currently processing your application abd still you dont have an IVT training. You should wait, TMC offer it for 600 pesos exclusive for the staff and Trainee.

Hi there! to those who know can I ask how many days did TMC texted you after writing in their logbook? thanks in advance

Hi, can u send the email add of MCM? :) Also, how did u apply in ASIAN? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE :)

Hi. I guess you should try TMC clark. TMC is currently having an expansion, thats is the reasons they are having a mass hiring in ortigas cause they will deploy thier senior nurses in CLark, guam

hi. where do they hold the pre-employment exam for TMC-Clark? thanks.

@jms8 @saburina

hi! sorry for the late reply. for asian, you can pass your resume and all other credentials inc TOR, board rating, IVT, BLS, and PRC id. (just pass it with ALL your other credentials) @ their HR office. i think they will accept your applications as of now, BUT i guess, it'll be a very long wait for you since they already have candidates for the last externship program for this year and also 1st quarter next year. application there will REALLY test you patience and schedule flexibility.

Hi Dhes! Were you invited for employment at TMC Clark or Ortigas? I am a nurse trainee at TMC Clark and our NTAP Didactics just started today. There were some other trainees who missed the core training last week but were allowed to join the NTAP today, and I believe that some of the trainees in our batch will be deployed to Ortigas instead of Clark. You might want to consider Clark too if you're really aiming for TMC Ortigas. I'd be glad to answer some of your concerns :) Have a good day!

hi Sir Caloy. where do they conduct the NTAP for TMC Clark? is there a fee for the training? also, would you be deployed immediately after the training or would that be for manpower pooling? i received a text from the HR of TMC Clark inviting me for a pre-employment exam but i'm undecided if i would attend or not. as much as possible i'm looking for an employment opportunity where i wont have to pay for the training but i guess almost all hospitals require training fees nowadays. :( hoping to hear a response from anyone who has info regarding this. thank you!

@fissure: thank you! can you tell us where the HR office is? The last time I went there and asked at the front desk they won't tell me, rather, they just took my brown folder (resume and other credentials) and told me they will be the one to pass it. I doubt it if they will pass it. So I would to go to HR directly and give it to them.

I heard that the one they training for ntap clark will be going to ortigas as part of their exposure but eventually they will be hired at clark. Ortigas has an ntap for ortigas.

Hi there! The first phase of the NTAP for TMC Clark, which include the patient partnership seminar and didactics/lectures, is held at Clark. If you pass the exams during the didactics, you will be deployed to TMC Ortigas for the clinical exposure. Since the current batch undergoing NTAP will be the pioneer in Clark, there is no training fee. I'm not sure though for the succeeding batches. Given that we pass the clinical exposure, we will be signing an employment contract (probationary) a week after. I suggest you give it a try since Clark needs manpower. Good luck! :)
