Can anybody send me a sample of self declaration explaining the employment gaps? My decision letter came out but I was asked to send a self declaration letter. I have submitted my cv together with the other requirements before but they still asked for a self declaration, can somebody help me on this?

anyone here knows how long it will reflect with tx bon that payment has been made with pearson vue. I made a payment of $200 already with pearson vue and registered almost a month ago but when i checked with tx bon website it still says i need to register with pearson vue. do they have an email an address I can follow up on this one? they only have a phone num. I am here in the Philippines and calling them will be costly for me.

I have sent my documents to CGFNS 2 years ago (sometime April 2015) and it was processed and sent to TX BON already as stated in their email and status of my application. For some reason, I wasn't able to complete the other requirements. Now I want to pursue my application. Done with the jurisprudence exam last December. regarding my documents with CGFNS, do I need to send them again my documents? Is my professional report still valid or CGFNS still has a copy to resend to TX BON?

it doesn't say anything about any branch if NBI on their website. I was hoping a Filipino who applied for TX NCLEX can help me with this.

Pay the $39 now and have the inkcard sent to you in the Philippines. Leave the state blank and put the Philippines somewhere it will accept letters. then wait for it for 7-10 days. I have a question about the inkcad though, can i have it done in any NBI branch?

You print the forms needed to be filled up by PRC and your school . you give it to them and they will send the forms back to CGFNS with the corresponding documents they require of them. You need to follow up with your school every now and then or else they just might forget about it. As for PRC, they have processed a lot of these kind of forms just give them the form, pay, then they will tell you when it is going to be sent out.

I am ready sending in my fingerprint card to morpho trust but the fast pass form is asking for a reg id number. Followed the instructions on the form but i was not able to finish it since it was asking for an ssn or nursing license number. Do i need to register online or not anymore? I am here in the Philippines

@fissure: thank you! can you tell us where the HR office is? The last time I went there and asked at the front desk they won't tell me, rather, they just took my brown folder (resume and other credentials) and told me they will be the one to pass it. I doubt it if they will pass it. So I would to go to HR directly and give it to them.

I'm thinking of taking HAAD but with my 4 months experience currently in a hospital, will i ever find a job as a staff nurse? Just don't want to waste my time and money for nothing. Can anybody give me an advice?
