Anybody not working?

On call for Hospice. Got the car packed with food to take to the ranch.

Gotta go - dinner is a 3 p.m. Happy Thanksgiving!

Off today...worked 3 days of trying to squeeze 4 days of pts into 3... back in the AM to take off the fluid that they most likely put on big time..:eek:

I worked last night and I'm working tonight. But I'm off all weekend. It's actually keeping me from being upset about not being with my girlfriend and family because they're 10hrs away.

I worked 12 hours on T day. We had a nice feast in our department. And there was free food for everyone in the cafeteria. So everyone in the ER visiting was allowed to go eat in the cafeteria. We even had a homeless pt who came in by EMS who when he heard there was free food. Signed out AMA and went to the cafeteria and was made welcome there. Very nice for all.
