I'm starting nursing school in August. I bought the "ultimate nursing bag" which is a great little back except that it only has one strap. I know the future holds several sore neck muscles and shoulders. And most bags that go on your back with two straps aren't big enough to hold everything that we need to. I'm considering the.......

ROLLING BACKPACK :nono:

Any thoughts?

Does everyone bring ALL of their books to class? We have orientation next week so I'm hoping to learn more and if I even need a rolling back pack. I remember for all of the science pre-reqs we never used our text books, much less needed to take them to class.

I don't bring any of my books to class. But you WILL be needing them and reading them a lot!

I was considering getting a rolling backpack for the next semesters (I'm still in my 1st semester). Also, if we are allowed to bring backpacks into clinicals (I guess it depends on the hospital), I want to get a rolling one because if there are no places to put our backpacks, I do not want to put my regular backpack on the floor.

alot of people in my class bought rolling crates... completly bypassed the backpack and bought a box with wheels!

I never brought any books to class, no need to really, so never had the urge nor need for the rolling goodness.
