I've been on AN for a while, I signed up before I got in to nursing school. I read several times a week, but I'm more of a lurker, I rarely post.
I lurk on the School Nurse forum all the time, although I am not a school nurse. I come from a family a teachers-- Mom, Dad (now admin), Sister, Grandmother, Aunt, Uncle and some cousins; all teachers. I think that's part of the reason I find your threads so entertaining, it makes me giggle knowing how pesky teachers can be. And overall, you guys are just fun and I love reading your threads.
But you know what I love best about your forum? How tight knit and supportive you are of each other (*Disclaimer: this is not to say other people on other boards AREN'T, I just think this is a smaller group, thus allowing a tighter knit). You guys are always so supportive of each other. I was just reading a random thread and Farawan (pretty sure that's spelled wrong 😳) started her response with "You can come to us with ANYTHING, okay?" That made my heart smile ðŸ˜.
So pretty much, you guys are the cool kids and I wanted to give you a shout out. You're also a bunch of smart alecks, so what's not to love? 😉
Nope, I immediately unfriended her. I have plenty of friends and do not need another. He has the need to be in touch with all his exes....I don't play that game. we have no kids, nothing to keep us in touch. #Imgoodthanxverymuch

Oh, please don't compare yourself to whoever the new one is! As I tell myself, anyone before me was a b**** and anyone after me is a downgrade (This actually goes over very well with my dates when said with enough charm :) )
