I totally agree! I've been yelled at a couple times by allnurses memebers, but I'm sure most of them meant well. Now I have learned to cut back on the whining. I still whine a little, because thats just my personality. I think I have learned something from all of the active allnurses members.

By the way. I love your member name. I was thinking of having that as my member name. My middle name is Rose, and my first name is Amanda.

A-rose, I always stop and read your posts. You have shown us beautiful pictures of China, started to open the doors to show us what nursing is like there, and made us think about how Nursing is both similar and different around the world. And you do it in spite of the differences in language and cultures!
