Hi there! Just wanted to start a forum for those applying to the Texas Tech University ABSN 2025 program! Have you guys sent out your application? 🙂

They have just sent out an email today asking for location preferences so that everyone is aware. The deadline to make any changes is Wednesday, 8/21 at 5:00PM Central Time.

Hey everyone, just wanted to check in and see how everyone's holding up during this waiting period. I know we're all getting a bit anxious as Sept. approaches.

Has anyone heard of any updates about possible responses coming out this week or next? I'm trying my best to stay busy and distracted, but the nerves are definitely starting to kick in.  I try to keep busy and not think about it but man it's hard not to check my email/portal every day LOL. Does anyone know if traditional BSN will get their offers first or do ABSN peeps get them? Best of luck to you all!

Hey! I have not heard anything but I am hopeful that we will hear back soon! I am not optimistic about hearing back this week. If I were to guess it will be another week or two until we hear anything. I so badly want to call and ask, but at the same time do not want to be a bother.

I called and was told that there is no date that they can provide. I was only told to continue checking my email daily as all correspondence will come via email.

I want to say the previous cohorts were told on Mondays (I may be wrong on the cohort for 2023), but the current class was alerted on a Monday. Since we didn't hear back this past Monday I assumed the next possible day to hear anything would be next week. Thinking of it this way gave me relief in the waiting game as I told myself it won't be this week. However, Monday is a holiday so maybe Tuesday? It really is all a guess.

I gave it all to Lord and am open to whatever answer I get. It will come in time, no worry!

Has anyone heard anything or got any emails? I have a feeling we're gonna get an email this week if we got in or not but didn't know if anyone has spoken to anyone or got any emails.

Nothing yet. I have a feeling this week or early next. Previous cohorts seemed to find out on their portal before email. So I check that every day to see if they've posted anything. Best of luck to everyone in the days to come!!
