Texas Tech 2nd Degree 2016 Cohort?

Is anyone applying to the Texas Tech 2nd degree BSN program for 2016? I am and thought I would start a thread on here to get some conversation going! I'm so excited about applying but am nervous about getting in!

I took advantage of a CNA certification class in high school so I've had it since my junior year and started working in the SICU towards the end of my senior year (until it expired) several years later and my college work load got busier. That came to my benefit during the interview because I worked night shift and experienced bad and amazing nurses!

Had my interview Aug.19th and just received my offer to Austin (first choice, but I would've gone anywhere). Pretty stinking excited, I've been hitting the refresh button on my email like a madman for a couple of days now. :)

Hi Irish_Mist I know this is going to sound waay creepy, but I added you and wanted to send you a PM but as I'm new on this board I haven't posted 15 posts to threads yet so it wouldn't allow me. Anyhow, all creeper/stalker-ness aside I just read you were accepted to the Dallas cohort. I would be applying for the same thing for 2017 as I have a few pre-recs to take. There are a few other schools such as UTA that I am considering and I just wanted to pick your brain a bit about the application process and such. Thanks, y'all!
