Is it too early to start one? I couldn't find one. Maybe too early?
I am planning on applying to the TT 2nd degree BSN program in May in hopes to begin in January 2017.
Anyone else?? Anyone in the program currently or recently have any info to share??
Thanks!!
I know I'm blowing this feed up but one more question!Do yall know what we do with our blue cards? Do we send them to Elizabeth or keep them till school start? Anyone not received theirs yet?
On the email we got with instructions to do the fingerprints, it said when we got the blue card to email a copy of both sides to a specific person. There was a link to email her. It wasn't Elizabeth. That's what I did.
Thanks! I'll check them both out.
There are 2 CNA programs in Austin that I have looked into, ACC and Central Texas Nurse Network. ACC requires some legwork before they will clear you for enrollment (immunizations, flu shot, TB skin test, etc.). They have 4 classes this Fall and 2 have already started. CTNN has classes starting every Monday and you can just show up, pay $$, and start the CNA course same day. CTNN is a 3 wk program, day or night classes :)
Hi Guys,I just got my acceptance email today for the Odessa location. I'm so excited and looking forward to meeting my cohort! Anyone else on here attending Odessa campus!!!
I don't think I've seen anyone from Odessa? I think I've only seen 1 from Amarillo. And Abilene has a couple. Lots of Dallas and Austin people!
Hey guys. I hope we are all mentally preparing for the roller coaster next year.
I spoke to Elizabeth concerning the CNA certificate requirement. If you have experience in that field, and like me, you are not a licensed CNA, you can get a letter from your employer itemizing your date of employment and job description. That should save you the time and $$ associated with CNA certification.
