Texas Tech 2nd degree Accelerated BSN program 2017

Is it too early to start one? I couldn't find one. Maybe too early?

I am planning on applying to the TT 2nd degree BSN program in May in hopes to begin in January 2017.

Anyone else?? Anyone in the program currently or recently have any info to share??

I started a FB group for Abilene: Texas Tech 2nd degree BSN 2017- Abilene ( Log into Facebook | Facebook ) I'm not sure if they link will work for y'all? If you have issues, let me know and we can figure out how to get you added. :)

Is there a general one we could all be in to "stay together" or is it usually just each location? I'm assuming we'll all be learning the same general things around the same time? As in, we follow the same syllabi? But maybe not?

I have a quick question for those of yall who havent done the CNA program.

How are yall gonna go about doing it? I'm not sure how to start the process...

I went on RaiderNurse to accept/deny, but I don't see anything like that? Just a link in the supplemental items to pay the placement fee. If we pay the fee, does that mean our acceptance and if you don't, that's your denial? I paid mine, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something somewhere else.

Yes you are accepting the offer if you pay the $100 fee. If you do not pay it by next Monday they remove the offer to you and probably extend it to someone else. The other thing you need to do to keep your spot is make sure all your prerequisites are in, including the BLS, CNA, etc.
