Texas Tech BSN 2 Fall 2013

I am applying for Texas Tech's Accelerated BSN program. So I wanted to start a thread for all Fall2013 hopefuls. I think I am going to apply to both Austin and the other location that is not El Paso(I can't think of the name)

I am accepted into the traditional BSN program in Abilene! I am from here, but just wanted to tell you about the Grove Apartments. A lot of students from colleges in Abilene stay there.

Thanks for the info. I was actually thinking about park ridge place 'cos its a town house and I'm coming with my family. Do you know anything about that place.

I will be coming from the Decatur area about 3 hours away from Abilene. I like the idea of the rv so I can at least own it after a year rather than just throwing money out the window on renting a full apt.

I wasn't aware they had townhomes but I don't really know that much about them. I did have a friend that lived there in the apartments for a few years and they had no problems with it, and its in a pretty good area of town too.

How's apt searching going for Abilene?! Any recommendations?? Do we have a Facebook group?? So we can communicate and maybe Find a potential roommate?!

Has everyone already done all the criminal background check....does anyone remember how long they say it would take. If I remember correctly they contact BON and then BON sends out the go ahead....does that sound right?

I'm not sure...I am already an LVN so I didn't have to do through all that. I did it already in order to get my license....

Has eveyone gotten thier immunization done. Where do you get the list from.
