I’m not sure if it’s too early to start this thread, but anyone on here planning on applying to Texas Tech’s Second Degree program in May?

I will advise you asked why you were not able to get in. It could be credentials or the interview itself.  This will help for any other interview/application . I am African American and I was accepted!

@Spaceandtime I agree with what everyone else suggested as well. Acceptances still may be going out but if you do not receive one unfortunately, contact them and see if they will tell you why.

I will say I have gone to many tours for multiple PA programs and nursing programs and when you look at the class photos from 2005 to 2015 they all look very similar. I really wish the race category could be removed from applications altogether.

For anybody that’s wanting to know the demographic of the entire school of Texas Tech Health center here is the stats from 2017 

The enrolled student population at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, both undergraduate and graduate, is 38.3% White, 17.4% Hispanic or Latino, 13.5% Asian, 6.71% Black or African American, 0.88% American Indian or Alaska Native, 0% Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islanders, and 0% Two or More Races.

as far as the nursing program not sure But I would check with them and Request it.

Thank you! I was wondering if I’m going to receive email from identigo about my finger print. I don’t have a blue card and never done fingerprints for school purpose. Do you have any idea about the background checks and fingerprints process?
