Texas Tech-Accelerated BSN Spring 2020

I haven't seen a thread for those of us applying May 1st to the January 2020 cohort. I'm wondering how heavily they weigh the TEAS. Also, I have heard as long as you meet all criteria they typically give you an interview. Has anyone else heard this? I really like how they take a holistic approach to grant admissions. I'm wanting to apply to UTA but I feel like the main way you get extra points is by attending school there which I did not do! We'll see!

Got my invite too! Signed up for the 23rd! They definitely didn't put an essay topic anywhere that I can see

For those of you have received your interview invites, what cohort did you apply to? I know in years past they sent out interview invites for different cohorts on different days so I'm just trying to stay sane.

I received mine a couple of hours ago. I applied to the Amarillo cohort. Hopefully you will hear something soon!

I got my invite as well. I signed up for virtual interview(austin) as I live in San Antonio, which is also the location I am applying for additionally I am applying for the Veteran-BSN program.

Did anyone see the essay topic?

I’m doing virtual for Abilene but I applied for Dallas. They aren’t doing interviews here.

Received interview invite for Austin cohort... Signed up for an on-site interview 8/22... website is buggy... Reviewing my selection shows its the correct day and time, but the confirmation page was incorrect... Did y'all receive an email confirmation for the interview?

Information about essay sent in separate email.

I got the same confirmation but when I go back in to see the date I chose, it's correct. Hopefully its just a glitch.

Everything is green. I just emailed them about what I could do next time to be a stronger candidate.
