I didn't pass my Nclex RN recently, and I want to retake it soon. I already filled up the application but what confuses me is the amount/fee to pay to retake it. From the letter i received it says to attach a check of $139 but on the Texas board on Nursing website it only says to pay $125. I tried to call the Board and ask them but their line is always busy, i also tried to email the webmaster but he/she didn't reply yet.
And need your help..

Don't forget you also need to pay Pearson Vue $200.
You could try emailing the BoN
When did you pay for that? and thank you..

Just keep calling even right after you get the busy tone. They are busy all the time and it a few minutes of redialing for them to finally answer.

I also applied to Texas and wondered that too but I just got my ATT. Don't worry about it.

How long did you wait to receive your att? It's a month and two weeks and I still haven't received mine. I already completed their reqs. I tried calling and emailing them many times but no feedback. :/
After they received all they needed from me it took about a week. They say to wait 15 days and you should receive your att. Keep calling them over and over and eventually they will answer your call same thing happened to me.
After I payed the BON and Pearson it took maybe a month give or take a week. I'm a retaker so it was a lot fast but even my first attempt was only a month or two.
Also, just keep calling. Make sure you have the correct number, make sure it's office hours and preferably not weekends.
Thank you everyone for you're help. I called the Board of Nursing earlier.. the trick is to keep on pressing the number 0 . And they clarified to me that they did deducted $14 for the application fee. It's time to study again. Thank you everyone, Good luck, and God bless us all! :)
Hello, if you don't mind what study materials are you using? I tried hurst and got the nearly passing standards..
