Texas Nclex retaking fee

I didn't pass my Nclex RN recently, and I want to retake it soon. I already filled up the application but what confuses me is the amount/fee to pay to retake it. From the letter i received it says to attach a check of $139 but on the Texas board on Nursing website it only says to pay $125. I tried to call the Board and ask them but their line is always busy, i also tried to email the webmaster but he/she didn't reply yet.

This is gonna be my third take. I'm taking Saunders QBank, really good for content and I've answered about 1000 questions on there and I've seen an improvement. I have a book from Exam Cram that I'm also answering and a previous book from Kaplan. I also found Kaplan QTrainers online and I've been answering those. Also, NCLEX 4000. Good Luck with your exam!
