I have a phone interview with HR, any tips? Did you have a face to face interview with the nurse manager after?

Yes I had the face to face and a day later the offer. The phone interview with Amy is really laid back she is very nice. Just be yourself and answer the questions in STAR format (situation, task, action, result). Good luck.Which baylor are you interviewing for?

What is start format. Ive never heard of that and in regards to what type of questions. Was your interview a behavioral situational type one?

Yes star is behavioral questioning. Star stands for situation, task you were handed, the action you took and the result that came from it. It's just like the nursing process.

mannan03, I didn't specify which position. I would prefer days but I'd like to stay in Dallas. Nevertheless, 'beggars can't be choosers'... Where did you get your offer? Are you still waiting for different opportunities.

I got it earlier this week. I'm done interviewing and I decided on the pediatric hospital job. Good luck with your phone interview this will all be over soon and when January comes by we will all be employed!!!!! :)
