Hello to all. I am applying to Texas CRNA schools to start in Summer/Fall of 2020 and wanted to start a thread for others who are also applying to be able to communicate and share questions, encouragements, stats etc. So far I have applied to TCU in Ft Worth and Ut Houston. I will be applying to Baylor College of Medicine as well as Texas Wesleyan when the applications open for those schools as well.
As far as stats. I've worked in ICU for 5 years, currently at a mixed ICU that includes Trauma, CVICU, Neuro, Surgery, and Medical ICU. Graduated back in 2014 with my BSN with a 3.6 GPA, CCRN certified, just completed PALS, and taking the GRE next month.

Hi everyone. Has anyone interviewed for the CA site? I got a notification yesterday that I'd receive more information soon about an interview. Are they mostly video interviews? My first choice was CA, then a TX site and Louisiana. Can anyone tell me how long you were notified before your actual interview?
Anyone have any insight as to why some are interviewing later and others interviewed in October? Are they less competitive applicants or what?
I believe the priority interviews are only in October but you had to apply by the priority deadline which was August 1st to have recieved an interview in October. Mine was scheduled for October 29th
