Yeah I think its bc they lost medicaid so they can't afford any new hires?

hi - if this helps anyone, I'm graduating in Aug and currently going through the process of applying to residencies.  The residencies which still have their applications open for Fall are Harris Health, St Lukes, and Methodist (which closes today). Best of luck
