I got a phone call to schedule my interview! Tried to call for an update today but the recruiter didn't pick up.

Oh! Okay thank you. Was it a 281#? I had a miss call and not sure if it was them.

The way that it works is each unit sends their individual list of people that they want to offer a position to the HR recruiter, and she then calls each applicant individually. From what it looks like heme/onc, PICU, and mother baby have already made their selections—that's what was told to me when I received my offer call about the process. I haven't seen or heard about NICU so I can't speak on that with certainty. If you haven't been called for those three units, you were probably not selected unfortunately. You'll receive a rejection email and then your status will change to "not retained" many days later. It sucks, but it was me last year.

I think everyone has been called for positions besides pulmonology. She will send a email Friday

Hi all! For those who are from the area and unfortunately did not get placement like I did, where are yall working in the meantime? Everywhere requires atleast one year of experience so I am very confused. Thanks!! ☺️
