I did pediatric home health for a few months after graduating so I could reapply to TCH's residency! I reapplied and reinterviewed on the same unit and got hired this time around!

Hi, everyone! I'm also not sure where to find the application. Did I miss the deadline? I searched the career tab and didn't see a residency program for October 2024 and didn't see anything. I appreciate any help!

From what I could tell the Fall 2024 application is not open just yet. I would definitely check at least 1-2 times a week for any changes or announcements on their website. Based off previous applications they remain open for weeks, so I am sure y'all will be able to apply with enough time. I would just work on getting all the required paperwork for when the application does open. Also if there is a open house for residency (like there was for Summer 2024 that was announced on their website or through your school) I would highly encourage y'all to go it is a good way to connect with hiring managers, ask all the questions you have about potential units, and make yourself stand out for when you apply officially. (Best of luck to everyone applying : )

(P.S.- A piece of advice from a hiring manager that I got when I applied and thought really is good to share with everyone- make sure when writing your mission statement that your first 1-3 sentences makes you stand out. Sometimes that's all managers look at and don't read your entire essay unless you peak their interest. Just because there are a lot of essays to go through.)

Pretty sure they rescinded offers for the whole Summer cohort. 

Any ideas what you're going to do? I'm at a loss, and she said they wouldn't be hiring in the fall either.

Try Angels of care pedi home health , they hire new grads. And pray this is a prank and I get rehired by TCH

What else did they say? Is this because of them losing their contract with Medicaid? I haven't heard from them yet but I'm sure it's coming
