Hi everyone! I'd like some help regarding my application. By the way I am from the philippines and i am applying for NCLEX license in Texas. Im done with my requirements with cgfns, so my status is currently 'report issued'. Then, I was advised to process my fingerprint. Here comes the confusion. Where can I get a fingerprint card? And when should I process a Fast Pass? Is it after I have my fingerprint card, or vould be before I obtain one?
How much will it cost me for the fingerprint card? The Fast Pass?
Or can anyone summarize a process? Hehe, sorry, im a bit slow.
I know its long, but I badly need help. My confusion is making me crazy.

Order Fingerprint cards off amazon - anything FD-258 will work ... Amazon.com: Fingerprint Cards, Applicant FD-258, 5 pack: Office Products You can get 5 cards for about $7.
Once you have the card, most police stations will do the fingerprinting for free or a very low cost, just call and ask.
Here is the OUTSIDE OF TEXAS Fast Pass information: https://www.bon.texas.gov/pdfs/forms_pdfs/applications_pdfs/End-fp-outTexas.pdf
I just went through this process in January, it's really not that difficult or time consuming.

I didn't realize you are overseas. International applicants have different processes to follow than US educated nurses and nurses physically in the US

If I may answer your question, here's how it went for me. Passed all the documents to CGFNS by the 1st week of June 2015. Received the CES report mid-September.

Hi! I would just like to ask how long did it take before you received the fingerprinting card from Texas BON? :) I've already emailed them a month ago, and until now I'm still waiting for the card. Thank you very much!
