I am going to stick this one on top and see how well it is used. I thought it might be a good idea to have a place to post our upcomming tests and grades.
I will start I have a lab test on identify tissues, cells, muscle, bone etc. I still haven't got my grade back from the first A&P test. Next Tuesday we have our second nursing exam. I am pulling a A in Health and Nutrition, an A in Nursing and I am not sure about A&P yet but will find out today. I am praying for a C. After the first part of the A&P exam my score was 62 I think. Okay that is my sttory this week. Let me know if you think this is worthy of being stuck at the top.
Have a great day!:)
Just a little run down on the majors that I have to have.....algebra...yuck....first test....74, but with xtras carrying a 79 in class right now. A&P II.....first lab test 84.....first lecture 58.....average.....74. Also have Medical Terminology and have a 95 over all in there right now and First Aid with a 93 over all. NExt week I have....Monday....Math quiz....A&P Lab test.....Wednesday A&P Lecture test......Thursday...First Aid test......Friday Algebra Test.....WHEW....and waiting on results for that NLN,lol!!!!!! Good luck to you ALL!!!!!
I had my Health Assessment test last week and got a 94 (A), and this week I had my dosage calc test and made.....100%!!! WOOHOO! pshew. glad that's over. I also had my history test this week. I haven't gotten it back but expect an A. I have my first fundamentals test at 8am on Monday followed by my Pathophysiology Mid-Term at 4pm. WISH ME LUCK!!!!
tuesday i have my second nursing exam. it covers an outrageous amount of material. head-to-toe assessment, reporting and documenting, and the worst part...fluids & electrolytes, and iv solutions. 80 question exam which also includes 2 math questions. not too worried about the assessment or r & d parts, but those f&e's really get me.
good luck everyone on exams/assignments/clinicals or anything else this week.
take care and don't forget to take some time for yourself.

A&P Second Lab test on bones. I scored 100%. There were 2 A's, 2 B's 4 C's. the other 5 were D's or F's, which is not passing for a nursing core curriculum course. You're only allowed to fail a core course two times. Some of the people failing in the class are already on their second go-round.
Well, we have finished our first round of tests-----YIPEE!!!!!! We had 6 tests in 8 days, and a paper due yesterday. Now, I can actually breathe.
Anyway, all in all I'm satisfied with the grades that we have gotten back. I made an 86 on my fundamentals test, a 90 on my assessment test, a 105 on my dosage test, and a 96 on my pharm test (the one I am most proud of). We haven't gotten our grades back for patho or for concepts, but hopefully I did as well on those.
Congratulations to everyone on getting this far in the semester. I can't believe that midterms are here.
Happy studying!!!!
Ok, have to whine since this is a thread about grades. I took a test and I did not do as well as I had hoped. I studied a week for this test and failed one quiz (which is why I studied so hard). I did not do bad on the test at all, but I am disappointed in myself. I got an 86%, but my overall percentage is an 84. The thing is that I thought the test was easy and I could have pulled off an A. So, I guess I am just disappointed since I set my standards so high.....So, that is about all. Thanks guys for letting me share with you.
Originally posted by mkueI have 2 test tomorrow, one in Assessment and one in Pharmacology so I'll be reviewing tonight.. otherwise I'm satisfied.
So far I think the pre-req's for nursing are the hardest classes ! After that it gets easier, IMOH.
:)
High "B" in Assessment test and I think "A" on first Pharm test not sure but I think, it was kinda hard, I heard that the 1st one is usually the hardest, we will see, I think they all will be hard:eek:

It sounds like you are trying really hard ! Some tests are really tricky. If your overall average is above 80 that's pretty good so far, just keep up the hard work
