I am currently going through the same with first source. The other day my result initially showed as "abnornal" so I inquired and got an email from first source saying the wrong ID number was used (we recently switched systems and I was unaware we are now supposed to use an assigned ID, I used my SSN like I have always done). In the email it stated she went in and fixed it but now it still shows abnormal and "redacted" for the result. All my other results show except that one. They will not go over the result with me so I had to contact my CM. Currently waiting for him to call me back to figure out what's going on and in the meantime in freaking out ugh

I just messaged affinity lab to see what I need to do about my result- test suspended/unavailable. Apparently something was wrong with the coc number , the copy I have looks to have the right number and panel on it so I’m confused.
Will this go against me as far as my probation goes? Or will they just see it as a lab mistake?
