Wish I could afford to be that cavalier about $200. Must be nice.
It's not often I just have money in my account. So when I saw I could afford the $200 now (after monthly budget lists), I paid it. If I did indeed fail, well it'll go for the next test I will have to take. If not, it's a little to late now to mope about it. What's done is done.
You are not alone...everyone feels like their mind has been punched after that exam. Try to relax and do something to take your mind off of the exam--I know it is hard. Wait for the official results before you start planning your new approach. You could have passed. Nothing is official until you get your official results.
Best wishes.

Thank you!!!
For me it was a crazy 2 days waiting for my results. Keep us posting and I am keeping you in my thoughts! Try to keep your mind off the exam - easier said than done, I know. It is an indescribable feeling when you find out you passed, I hope you get that feeling like I did!! Best of luck!!
j_lynn hang in there and wait for the quick results. I took my test on Friday and thought that i failed. I was distraught and cried a lot especially after i did the pvt and got the cc page. I did my quick results today and found out that I pass, so don't give up hang in there and wait for the quick results.
I pray that you'll have a similar experience like I did :)

Hello fellow nurses,
Well today was the day I took my NCLEX-RN. I was one of the lucky ones who took their test after Pearson updated themselves. I read some online threads and saw where the site took you to the CC page; however, this time you had to enter your information and risk $200 to hit submit. I hit submit and was taken to the recite form. I am assuming that means that I failed.
Which sucks and I am extremely calm for as bummed as I am. I am not a great test taker. Anxiety does get the better deal of myself; however, I thought with all the drag and clicks and SATA I was doing pretty dang good. I reviewed my friends Mark Klemick book (which was pretty good), and did some questions of Saunders. I walked out and thought my mind had just been punched or that I did pretty good. Kind of like a blank to be honest. Does anyone have any tips on what I could do to better understand the way NCLEX asks questions? Thank you. Keep me in your prayers! Good luck to all taking the NCLEX-RN.
