I singed a contract for IPN and am getting testing for Affinity. I have a hx of opiate usage and so I'm sure I'm getting the usual testing for it. I also dabbled in Kratom as well during a relapse so I'm curious if I'm getting tested for this.
Does anyone know what the test 791750 test for? It's clearly a "special" test that not on the usual checkboxes on the sheet. Do you think it test for Kratom? And what else? Also full opiate panel? Curious if Buprenorphine is added to these panels as well.
While we're at it, if anyone can list their test code and the respective panels that they know are tested for, we can keep a running document for others to see. I'm a firm believer that if I'm paying for these expensive tests, I deserve to at least know what's in it.
I don't know if every state is the same, but I believe option 2 is egt. I take controlled medication and that is the only one that is never positive for me.

Advice to you....make sure you don't have anymore dilute urine samples. It's trouble.
