I am anxiously awaiting to hear from the LVN Dept. to see if I got in or not! Anyone else? I hate having to wait so long, haha. I just wanted to introduce myself and wish everyone else luck! I am crossing my fingers and hope that we all get in. My name is Amanda, and I am hoping to get in the LVN program, and then bridge to a BSN program soon after that.
Oh Ok. Yeah I was told when I called to accept my offer of acceptance that the Hep B shots have to be finished by the start of clinicals which is the end of june or beginning of july.
I got my first shot at the beginning of this month so my next one is around the first of march. If I do the fast track my last shot will be within days of the start of school.
I emailed the secretary for the LVN Dept. and Greg Bond responded telling me to go ahead and let my doctor do my first 2 shots and the last one can be done by the local heath dept or free clinic in Temple on the 4th month from the first shot.
So I suppose we will see what happens :)
hi kristal, i'll see what i can do about finding an email for one of the people selling their books and get back with you.

Yes Daniel, you should show the doc that paper! It is so weird that they said that there is no fast track!
