I am due to take the TEAS (version 3/4) on June 24th. Anyway, in my preparations to take this, I paid to take the online practice TEAS version 4 and also the practice TEAS version 5. What a difference between the two tests! I found the TEAS 5 to be WAY harder then the TEAS 4, at least in comparing these two practice exams.
Has anyone else taken the two different practice exams? (or am I the only one foolish enough to spend extra money studying for this:uhoh3: )
alright cool, thanks for the info. i bought the manual and only plan to study v5 because i read that for fall '11 ALL (??) schools will only accept v5, but just in case, i wanna make sure i can still do well in v4 if ever i have to take it but i don't have the luxury of buying the v4 study manual.
Oliveira1: I was applying to several schools. One only accepted v5; the other only accepted v4.Bsnwnab: I would say yes because that is what I did and I actually did better on v4 (which is much easier in my opinion), but I would strongly recommend against doing it the other way around.
When I took v4 after taking v5, it felt like I was taking TEAS Light. It was the same content, but it just seemed like the questions were easier.
I'm shopping around for nursing schools and I was just wondering which were some of them that you applied to and in what area of the US?
Hi Everyone.. I'm taking the version 4 test very soon and am so nervous! Do you have any suggestions of what to really focus on? As most people, I'm most nervous for the science portion For englishm do you have to disect a sentence by identifying the subjects, nouns, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
