Hi @thebirdsisters,

I am taking the TEAS exam in one week from today. Kind of nervous but have been studying since July I have been studying the ATI manual and the Mometrix book and currently retaking Practice Test B. I found the quizlets to be very helpful? do you know if there is  a quizlet for the English section? Did you study right up until you took the exam?  On the test itself does the math section provide Formulas.

will keep this forum posted on how I do thanks for all your help

Here is a quizlet that is helpful for the language and usage section...https://quizlet.com/598451628/TEAS-english-section-proctored-flash-cards/

I studied right up until the day of the exam, but I was so worried about getting a high score. My program requires a 92 or above to be competitive. Anyway, I didn't get formulas on the math, but my math was also pretty easy. Like perimeter, area of rectangle, etc. so pretty easy to remember. The math and science quizlets should prep you for that.  Here is a reading quizlet, which is helpful so you can look up the passages mentioned and study them/practice. Some answers are better than others on the quizlet, but you get a heads up at least. Like, for instance, I got a passage on solar panels on the exam! Good luck on the exam! You are going to do great ?

I am taking the test next week as well (Thursday). I have trouble just reading the Mometrix book and the ATI manual. I do better taking practice tests and targeting the areas where I really need to study. I got an 82.7 on Practice Test B and a 91.3 on retake. Unfortunately, I got a 78.7 on Practice Test C, but hopefully it really is much harder than the test.

I also bought a practice test bank from NurseHub, but the jury is out as to how helpful that will end up being. My school only accepts the score from my first try, so I have to do a decent job. Can't wait til it's behind me!

Practice test C is MUCH harder than the real test. Practice Test B is more accurate to the difficulty ?

Hey guys!! I PASSED!! Thank you guys soooo soooo much for your help and guidance and just overall support!! I havent been on here for too long but everything you guys posted I've read through and studied all of it!! I'm so gladwe're in this together!! Thank you guys so much seriously! I was super nervous and scared going into this exam because I wasn't sure was to really expect since it was my first time taking it and also I knew this was my only shot at getting into the nursing program until next year, but after the exam I was so relieved!! I thought Reading and English Lanuage were gonna be the easiest for me but I feel like they were actually the hardest. I was so close to running out of time on the reading section. But yes thank you guys so much, praying we all succeed in our nursing careers <33333

When you take the practice test, as you answer each question it will tell you if you got it right or wrong. Unfortunately, you have to go in order of the real TEAS test (Reading, Math, Science, and English), but you are allowed to take each full practice test twice, so that should help....

Good luck on your exam Sat! You've got this ?

I have both practice test from ATI. I haven't taken them yet but I plan on doing so soon. When you get a question wrong does it tell you why. I would like to make sure I take note of what I'm getting wrong, or why I'm getting it wrong. Thank you so much. By the way you mentioned that you can take each practice test twice. Does that mean after you take it and you get your assessed score it allows you to retake it again whether it's practice test A or b? Thank you so much

OK I’m gonna study the ones I got wrong and the quizlet and redo the exam b today then the exam c tomorrow. Thanks

Question did you take the ATI TEAS for LPN OR RN?

Does it tell you why you got it wrong? I also purchased the practice exams, but I haven't taken it yet.

Hello, I just wanted to say again thank you. I have been reading these post and there so encouraging. I was literally in tears tonight, cause I took the test but my score was not a competitive to get in. I will use the study materials you mentioned. I already skimmed through the cards and remember seeing some of the same questions, crazy! I saw study material for science, math, and English that you gave but do you have a deck for reading. Im trying to get higher. When I took the test I score a 74 in that area. Thank you again ??

Hi

I am taking the TEAS on Friday. On the science section were there any questions on the Cardiovascular system the link attached is a Quizlet on cardio it's been helpful. Was the math basic because I've been doing okay on the practice test.
