Ive just applied to the nursing program at TCU for the fall of 2016. I was just wondering if anyone else is looking for a forum to communicate with others that are in the same boat. A little information about myself: I am a current student at TCU that just transferred from Weatherford College. I have 3 more prerequisites to complete before nursing school starts. My overall GPA Is a 3.3 and I have received an A in both A&P courses, B in Microbiology, B in nutrition, and an A in Intro to psychology. I am scheduled to take the HESI A2 test on January 13th, in which I will have to update my NursingCAS afterwards. Also, I am a 4 year Army veteran and a current member of the reserve component as a Medic. I hold a EMT license as well.
Hopefully my chances are good lol. I'm looking to hear from many of you!
Hey guys sorry to bother you again I have one more question, so for transfer students applying in February for the fall term you find out about April and start in August? Is that correct?
Ok just checkin thanks lol I am thinking about retaking ap1 next semester because it is my only C I've completed all the pre reqs and BSN courses except stats and nutrition which I'm taking next semester so I was trying to decide if I would have time in between application and program start (if I get in) to take whatever I have left after this
Yea that's what I'm thinking already started planning next semesters schedule with that included lol thanks guys I appreciate y'all answering my questions and letting me tag along on your journey
