TCU Fall 2014 Applicants

I know TCU is really expensive however, someone is applying ... right? I am going to apply just to see what happens. I am applying as a transfer student, 3.76 overall GPA... working on increasing my science GPA from 3.50. There is information on the TCU site, but not a lot. Can anyone tell me what their selection process or trend for acceptance GPA wise is? How is the program for those who were accepted? What were the stats for those who were wait-listed in the past? What are your stats for those who are applying?

that is great I hope you get in at Midwestern, I also apply there too I turn my application in on the 30th of march so hopefully I'll hear from them.

I bet we both will get in! Do you know how many point you had? Also will you move down there if you get accepted? I already looked at some apts that I know for sure I will get if I go to their nursing program.

Also was it a big packet that came in from TCU? And were you put on the waiting list?

No .not even waitlisted by tcu.Im not sure how many points I have but my science is 3.5 n all my social science are all A n I dont have any C so hopefully I have enough points. It was confusing how the point system is. I think I am going to comute although I like to stay there but trying to avoid all debts n loans as possible

UT TYLER offer me a scholarship that will cover my tuition so Im looking forward to hear from them also

Yeah, so has only one person in this forum gotten in? What were his/her stats? I should receive notification today. Was the envelope small for rejection only? GOOD LUCK EVERYONE and the scholarship from UT TYLER is AWESOME congrats!!

Wow!! that's a great deal UT Tyler seems like your best bet. I Pray there is enough loans/grants provided to cover TCU tuition.

I didn't receive mail yesterday. I'm hoping it comes in today. What kind of package did yours come in?

It was just in a regular mail envelope and one letter.I ll pray for u hopefully your accepted
