Hello,
I am working on submitting my application for the TCU CRNA program 2018. Anyone else applying? Seems like TCU has a pretty good program. Does anyone have any insight on how the clinical sites are assigned? Or how likely it is for the clinical sites to be changed once awarded on your acceptance letter?

CSC was not an easy test but I found it easier than the CCRN. If you are in heart recovery you should do fine with some studying. For me about half of the questions they gave you a scenario with mutiple gtts followed with about 10 vitals ( including cvp,pa numbers, svr etc.) and asked what you thought was happening and how you would fix the problem. Having a good understand of cardiac patho, hemodynamics and difference in when you would use this gtt rather than that one ie. nitro vs nipride is beneficial. Good luck
For the CSC exam, i purchased DVD for the CMC/CSC exam as well as CD that had 5 tests (not very helpful). I found it harder than CMC (I think i answered the questions as if what I would do in my hospital or what my surgeons would want.. rather than what is standard of practice). Biggest thing is to know your surgeries, know your patho.. (Ex;what does AI/AS patient's hemodynamics look like, what meds would you start) etc.
Your credentials look OK. What is your specific V and Q in GRE?
They did not put on website, but if you go to their "open house", they will tell you specific cut-off lines for V and Q, and writing also. For example,
UT: V 153, Q144, W 3.5
Baylor: V 154, Q151, W 4.2
I am not sure about TCU's cut-off line.

I'm aiming to follow in your footsteps and going to attempt taking the CSC exam before the end of August; any advice? What did the exam mostly ask over?
