Im a recently graduated male lpn. I have not actually worked yet. Although i would never show up to an interview showing my tattoos i was wondering will it be unproffesional if i didnt cover them up while at work?

You just need to check with the facilities policy in the interview. We have a strict no show policy of any and all tattoos, some other places might not.

I happen to have quite a lot of tattoos. I have half sleeves on both my arms. We have a strict no tattoo-showing policy at my place of employment, but I wear my scrub top with nothing showing underneath it. The bottom half of both sleeves are visible and it has never been an issue.
However, I'm in a closed ICU/CCU unit, and the upper-ups never ever come in here, it's too raw for 'em. I have actually had wonderful experiences talking with veterans and bikers and things like that, all because of my tattoos.
Here are some unfinished pics. I've since added color and some new elements.

The facilities with which I am familiar have a no-show policy.
Even without such a policy I would cover up anyway. Pt comfort is pt comfort.
(I love tattoos however)

Consider this... the United States Marine Corps...now has a no show policy.
