they may offer for other phones, I just know that they for sure offer it on the iphone and ipad.....

hmm idk if they have That for android. I should check. maybe ill get a used iPod touch and do that..wouldn't hurt to have on hand right?

All the current students I know said they did not ever use the skills book, so as of now that is one I plan on leaving off the list. Also for anyone who has an ipad or iphone, the drug reference book might be one you can leave off as well, there is an app that is free for those devices and it has all the same information on medications.

Which one is the skill's book, Nursing Intervention & Clinical skills? That is the one that has different versions on Webadvisor and the student package.

Yeah, it's that book, and in the package it says 5th edition, so that's probably the one im gonna go with.

Which package, the student package? Mine says 4th edition, when I asked on campus they couldn't give me an answer :( Oh well, I guess I can wait... I compared the prices of the books that I bought at amazon and the ones at majors books... amazon is cheaper. Fundamentals of nursing book was 115$ at majors, I only paid 92.50 at amazon. Pharmacology 59.95 vs. 91$!!! Swearingen's, 44.95 vs. 54.95.

No, I was not aware of any of these sources. I just asked one of the students about major books, and she sent me the link. How did you guys find out about it? How do I get the online access code? I only need the Elsevier package and the access code for fundamentals of nursing. Thank you so much!!!

It was something we read on one of the nursing resources page. You might be able to buy the access code by itself through the publisher of the book, or even the book store. It runs about $40-$60.

We are less than two weeks from orientation. Do you guys wanna meet before hand. We did that a Weatherford. If so, where are y'all thinking? It will be at Trinity River Campus.
