I'm in Jan 2012!!! And for those who didn't get in, don't get discouraged. This was my 4th time to apply, 4 colleges later, 139 credit hours and an associate degree in Surg Tech, so keep the faith!

Ha ha! Yeah, I didn't even look at my TCC email until about 9 this morning. I hoped on here as soon as I could. thanks a bunch Manow....I'm pulling for you as well.

Now if we can pair up this good news with a World Series win tonight....all will be right with the world. :smokin:

ah don't even start with the world series..I was literally yelling at the TV last night as if they could hear me..but I'm sure my neighbors could lol.

Congrats to all new 2012 Spring nursing students!!! :)

@manow I spoke to nursing dept today and the nicest lady said until we receive the decline letter there is still at least a glimmer of hope:) My science gpa is 3.5 and 90 on hesi and she said it was very competitive and not sure how far I missed. I am bummed but still hoping for a miracle.

One more thing alternate and decline emails will go out next week.

I would not even sweat it right now, if you didn't receive a decline letter then you are most likely on alternate! That is how I see it! I think they want to see how many people will accept or decline a spot in the program since the deadline is next week, so who knows, you might get an alternate list email one day and the next it will be an acceptance. I think the only thing that is going to throw people off is the long wait, since TCC sent out their notifications SO early. I dont think the universities send theirs out for another month or so, and i know there are tons of people waiting to hear back from those schools.

So keep the faith, i have a feeling that ALL of us will be seeing each other at orientation. :)

i went to send in my forms to get my financial aid appealed so i HOPE that goes through!
