Tarrant County College Spring 2014

Published

I haven't found a thread for Spring 2014 TCC nursing applicants, so I thought I would start one! I still have 2 more classes to complete before I can officially apply. I have an A in A&P I, and hope to have an A in A&PII this semester. I scored 92.5 on my HESI, but I might re-take it.

Who else is applying and what does everyone else have?? :)

Interesting Michelle... I was thinking the same thing... I hope you're right!! I couldn't see them waiting until November 15, that just didn't seem right...

My friend and I just had a whole discussion about if we should buy the newest editions of the books... Good to know we don't have to!! I'm all about saving money!

@student213 thanks for the information. I was so disappointed they didn't tell us Friday. I wanted some good news. I really hope I get in. Our class is going to be competitive!

what are yall applying with for gpa and hesi? just curious :geek:

4.0 GPA and 90 HESI. A friend of mine who takes classes with me also applied with a 4.0 and 85 HESI.

3.5 and 90.... My friend has 3.75 and 90

4.0 and 92.5 on the HESI

Woohoo for the 90's club lol

sounds like were all contenders :)

im applying with a 3.75 and 94

also....im pretty sure this is the only time in my life I've ever wanted to the weekend to hurry up and be over with, COME ON MONDAY!!!!

I am pretty sure that our acceptance emails will be out Monday. That gives us 1 month from the orientation date, Dec 3 according to Student213, which is about how long other classes have been given. In looking back at previous posts that seems to be the time frame they were given.

Update on the tech job thing I mentioned in the last post...I got a graduate nurse job in an ICU!!! I am beyond excited and can't wait to start. :)
