Tarrant county college Nursing fall 2020

Hi, Are any of y'all applying to TCC for the fall? I'm a bit confused on how they will be choosing students. On the Tcc website it says they are only looking at the HESI scores. I just took my HESI and I got a 86 I'm really nervous about it. should I retake and try to get a higher grade?

I was nervous because I knew they were only going by HESI scores, so my goal was to score in the 90's.. The reading was the toughest part for me on the HESI.. LOL

CONGRATS! I got the same scores (94 HESI and A’s in pre-reqs) and I have to agree—the reading portion was STUPID. I was like “none of these answers are correct.” Oh well, I know that I can read and write and that’s all that matters besides getting accepted into nursing school. CONGRATS again and see you July 8!

Same. It was weird for me because reading is one of my strongest subjects LOL but yayyy I’m excited for us! ?♥️
