Hey, I was wondering if there was anyone else applying for the Fall 2021 Nursing program and how hopeful you feel about getting in? I am so nervous ?

Heyyy another South Florida person ? I’m from Miami but was living in Oakland Park/Wilton Manors area. Did you find housing? I’m working on it as we speak. If you have a link to your place and it has availability drop it here!

Okay, we're practically neighbors?. I live in Coconut Creek, so we're pretty close. I'll be staying at The Forum. They have a good amount of floor plans left to choose from.  https://forumtallahasseeapts.com/

Also, West 10 is nice. https://www.west10apts.com/floor-plans/

Finally got my TB results read and finished with all the requirements. Now just crossing my fingers that 38 people didn't finish before me?.

Hope everyone is having an easier time with the process.

Do y’all know where we are taking classes next semester? At Ghazvini or main campus?

As far as I know our classes will be entirely located at the ghazvini center.

I’ve been checking my email pretty much non-stop since Friday. Fingers crossed we find out soon because I need to know if I have to take time off work ?

OMG I thought I was the only one still waiting to hear about orientation. I hope we hear something today.

I think they're closed since the 4th fell on a Sunday, so I doubt we'll hear anything today. My guess is they take the original acceptance group, remove people who either didn't meet deadlines or failed background checks, etc. then start contacting alternates and give them 2 weeks to get their onboarding requirements done, with orientation coming after that.

But I agree I hate this vague "mid to late July," "sometime in July" language. People need notice to get time off work and arrange child care.

I’m not even in the city so I would need to travel 4.5 hrs one way. Wish they made this orientation virtual ??‍♂️

Finally got the email! Unfortunately it’s still unclear whether I was part of the initial 38 people. Looks like we may have to wait until orientation for that.

Has anyone called to find out if we can pick our morning or evening class schedule? Or when they will let us know if we were in the first 38?
