Hi Sandey37,
I'm taking my PN exam fairly soon, and I haven't told anyone when I'm taking it.
What I did was study the Saunder's Strategies Book. It stated, that before your test, you should eat a nutritious meal. Stay away from fatty food, because it will literally slow you down. If you are feeling anxious, take slow, deep breaths. Inhale to a count of four, then exhale slowly. That will bring more oxygen to your body and help decrease anxiety.
Most importantly, you have to be POSITIVE and BELIEVE that you will PASS the NCLEX. If any doubt creeps up in your mind, you just brush your shoulders off to get rid of the negativity, and tell yourself, "I will PASS this NCLEX exam".
People might think it's cheesy, but I do it, and I haven't been anxious. I'm staying totally positive.
Hope that helps and good luck to you. YOU CAN DO IT.!!!!!!!
