i registered w/ pearson vue last week. just a few hours ago, i decided to send the candidate id number to vermont via email(they receive emails now)... and OMG. the vermont website said that after the email, i should wait 10 days to recieve my eligibility... ugggggghhh! after a few hours i've spent online, i've noticed an unread email! and tada! it's from the [email protected] ---->my nclex ATT!!! what a shock! omg... omg!!!! huhuhuhu... my validity dates are within january 22 and april22! I'm was hoping for april 22... is there any problem with choosing the last day of the valid dates? do they give test on sundays?

Hi! I chose VERMONT too. I am really glad that they're accepting emails now. It saved me so much money to mail the postcard to the US (since I would have used DHL or the like).
I believe there's no problem in choosing the last day.
I chose the second to the last day though. LOL
By the way, I replied to your other thread about the candidate ID number.
I said there that you have a year before your candidate ID expires.
But I guess.. you've already sent it.
God bless! :)
You can do it!
:chuckle: i was worried about the id number... i'm a bit of a procrastinator... i think i would choose the second to the last day, too. LOL. april 21... very big day! have you finished taking the exam?
No.
I'll be taking it this Feb 05 :)
I have a friend who was not prepared and she moved her date but her state is Cali, so it's okay.
In our case, we really have to study hard coz we only have 3 months
God is with us :)
ugh... how did you go about in scheduling it? do they still have to confirm the date that i've chosen? where r u from?

I would suggest taking it as soon as you can...there really isn't a reason to keep putting it off.

Are you guys serious? Why would you want to wait all the way until April and July to take the exam?? It's better to take the test soon after you graduate and just get it over with.

Hi! I can certainly understand your shock...My date's in July and I, too, am in shock! Is this your first time? Gotta get some good study habits. Keep calm by realizing that you don't have to memorize all medical info. only the basic info. If you're fresh out of school, this shouldn't be too much of a problem. There are books (even at the public library) that will guide you in taking the test. I wish you the best of luck, am sure you'll do fine.
