Following over 20 years working in a psychiatric hospital I was presented with a tee shirt - in black with big white letters - "I always do what the voices tell me to do - so don't ask!"

1. don't take life seriously, it isn't permanent.

2. start every day with a smile and get it over with

4. there's nothing wrong with teenagers that reasoning with them won't aggravate
