I took the NCLEX-RN and there was a system failure in the middle of testing! I got to around question 65 and the computers and lights went out in the entire building. They came back on after a couple of minutes and then we had to wait about 15 minutes for tech support to pull the exams back up. By that time my heart was racing and I had lost all concentration. My test ended at question 85. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Also, since this test is a CAT test (Computer Adaptive Testing), could this effect the scoring of the test? This whole experience has wrecked my nerves!

as far as the test goes, i noticed that everytime i answer the questions, the computer saves the data immediately. So whatever happens, the data u entered are already saved and secured. But who knows, right? Hope it didnt affect anything. If it does, I hope that all of you in that testing center pass the test!!! Good luck!

that happened to my bff, it was raining, thundering horrible day. Even when I was studying that day at kaplan, at kaplan the computers shut off as well.
I remember she called me to tell me that she was taking a break because the computers were off.
they came back on, she finished her test 265Q, and 2 days later she payed the $7.50 to find out she passed :0)
