I have seen like 4 kids all morning!  It is very quiet.  I know fall is coming and I will be swamped!  Any suggestions on projects to use my time well?

Webinars! Brainstorming/creating bulletin boards (you could get materials for several boards ready and file them away until you're ready to put them up over the course of the year!)! Think about office flow and try to imagine how to fix any common problems with how your office is run? 

In a district like mine, there is not much change from year to year in terms of enrollment - so I'd probably try and get a jump start on IHPs and EHPs, reviewing records on students, etc....

I am updating my IHPs, planing 504 meetings, purchase orders, reviewing any policy  that may need to be tweaked, cleaning out old stuff. Waiting for my incoming 8th grad c diles to go through and cull. On line webinars...
