When will the application open? Who’s applying?
@SLynn3 , CONGRATS! I think they are both great units. I haven't even started work yet so I really don't have any advice yet. : ( My main interest was cardiac and I seemed to click with the manager of the step-down unit, so those were among the reasons I chose that unit. The cardiopulmonary unit is a good place to be because you might learn a more diverse set of skills (because they take pulmonary patients too). You cannot go wrong with either unit. Congratulations!

CONGRATS to you all! We wish you success in your career journey!
The two acceptable ways of holding and sharing group chats are
1. facebook (link is approved) and
2. Clubs (link above, one of the tabs at the top of the page): create a "club" for your group.
Again, CONGRATS to you all, and keep on keepin' on!
It’s basically a 8:30am to 4:00pm schedule from the 13th to the 17th. I’m sure everyone will receive something different and the time lines may not be the same. I am at the newton campus.
Monday will be new employee orientation/patient care, wound care/back safety/oxygen safety presentations and lunch with your unit manager.
Tuesday will be manager/director based activity.
Wednesday will be Nova Glucose Training and Online Modules.
Thursday will be residency orientation.
Friday will be a manager/director based activity.
Has everyone submitted their badge photo?
Hi everyone! I came across this feed and see that a few of you had interviews with the cardiac units at piedmont Atlanta. I’ll be interviewing with them this week and I’m very anxious. I was wondering if you guys could provide some info on those case scenario questions. Thanks in advance! ? and CONGRATS to all of you who will be starting soon!

@echill40 I was scrolling through this post and saw you got a job on the cardiac step down unit at piedmont Atlanta!
I just had an interview with them and was offered a few different cardiac progressive care units including the step down.
woohoo! I was wondering if you have any advice about these units?
Im struggling to pick between cardiac step down or cardiopulmonary progressive care I think and they want me to make a choice by tomorrow. Any input helps!
