Summer 2013 nursing externships???

Hey!!! I was wondering if anyone know of any summer nursing externship that PROVIDE HOUSING So far I have applied to Texas methodist and Mayo Clinic, but I haven't had any luck finding others that provide housing or housing assistance.

I also applied to the Methodist Hospital in Texas for this summer! I hope I'm a strong applicant and just had my interview last Wednesday. Good luck to us! I was told that we hear back this coming Monday/Tuesday. Here's what I included in my Application: cover letter, résumé, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, 2 letters of reference in their packet, my 2 essays in their packet, 3 transcripts (one unofficial from short entry there), GPA of 3.7, and my indication to Surgical ICU (1), Medical ICU (2), and CV ICU (3). I was interviewed via phone and I'm from California (San Francisco Bay Area). I grew up in that Texas area as a kid too. I didn't apply to the Mayo Clinic III in Minnesota since the application deadline past and I wasn't aware of it back then. But good luck to you!!

So I just finished my 2nd interview with them... hopefully I'll get the position so that at least I know I have a chance! Hopefully I did well. Anyone else go through interview?

oh good job!! You deserve it! I didn't get the position but no worries, I got invited to another interview in New York and Seattle! I'm from California by the way, and I was told that many applicants are coming in from the East coast!

hey Scooby-Dooby-Doo how was your interview with houston methodist? I have mine soon and I am so nervous! a little unsure of what to expect. Do you know how many students they accept?
