Out of all of my old classmates that took a job in 2021 the ones at HCA are the ones who make the most.

If you ask about Harris Health, Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, Md Anderson, Texas Children's, etc, sure, there will be both good and bad experiences. NONE of those hospitals have nurses that say stay away and talk about how terrible and more importantly how UNSAFE it is like HCA. JMHO? Apply everywhere and look at your options. If HCA is the only one you can get then I say go for it. If you have any other options at all, I would 100% suggest rethinking them.
