Summer 2021 ATL Nurse Residency Programs

Hey, 

I just wanted to create a thread so we can share where we are applying and if/when we hear anything back. I applied to WellStar with my first choice being the ATL campus and ED. I plan to apply to Grady and Piedmont when their application opens in the next few months. Any one else start applying? 

Finally heard back from Emory so if you applied, expect to hear something soon!

Yes, I heard from Emory as well. I also heard from Piedmont and Northside. So excited to get the ball rolling. I'm praying that we all get what we want :).

Me too! If you don’t mind me asking, What Northside location did you hear back from?

@yhoko I heard back from the recruiter and she just asked my areas of interest and which location. I haven't heard anything back about interviews yet. I am interested in the Atlanta location! What about you?

I heard back from Emory today as well! Hopefully we are all able to schedule an interview in our desired areas of interest.

For those of you that have heard back from Wellstar, was it an email talking about RSVP'ing to the virtual hiring event? (That is all I have received from them.) 

I also have my phone screening next week for Piedmont. Has anyone gone through the screening and have been contacted from any units? 

Also, any future ED nurses!? ?

Yes! That’s what I received from WellStar.
