Starting the thread for those anxious applicants trying to get a read on this year's pool of candidates...

So who is willing to post what they've scored?

Here's mine:

A&P 1: A

A&P 2: B+

Eng 1: A

Eng 2: B+

Micro: ___

Psych: A

Stats: C- (blah!)

TEAS: 78

Not particularly found of the revision to the rubric.

So what are you holding???

The Grant admissions lady yesterday told me that the system for Suffolk is ridiculously old and can't compare to the private college enrollment process.

Stony Brook also tells you whether or not you're accepted online. But I guess we have to make another excuse since it isn't a private college. :p

I hate to sound like a baby having a tantrum but seriously how frustrating. Every day is a different answer. Today the answer changed again, I was told to call and ask for someone specifically to ask when the letters are going out. Her response was between today and the end of the month. She also told me that having a first and second choice doesn't give you two chances. You get picked and then they put you in the class you chose based on first come first serve of your grades. You will get one letter acceptance/ or denial and that is for both campuses. She did admit that the letters are going out unusually last this year. So we aren't all crazy.

Did the grant lady tell you when the letter should be coming out by any chance? I am dying for mine I put grant as my first choice ;[

I emailed Andrea that does the nursing seminar because I know she's involved in the admission process and had to know for sure when they were going out. She said they are going out Tuesday. And you don't sound like a baby it's very frustrating I'm getting so angry. it's not fair they're taking their sweet time when I need to start planning what I'm going to do.

I like your positivity! I called again just now and they said next week is the goal. She was very apologetic but still wouldn't tell me over the phone if I was admitted or not!

Ok I spoke to Grant a little while ago. The first batch of letters went out today. She said if you don't get a letter in the upcoming days it doesn't mean anything because there are two batches going out.

I got my letter yesterday from Grant -- so they are out!

Congrats ! I have major anxiety waiting ! Do they send you anything to let you know that you weren't accepted or is it safe to say if you don't hear anything you didn't make the cut?
