Stony Brook University

Published

I am applying for Stony Brook School of Nursing and I am extremely terrified. I am still taking my pre-requisites, I have microbiology, stats and chem to do. By the way, how is microbiology ? and Stony Brook doesn't explicitly stated which "CHEM" to take, so I was thinking of taking "CHEM for today" that's principles of CHEM. What do you guys think ?

What's there to be terrified about? Just do your best and think positive. It's not the end of the world. Micro is difficult, did you think we were going to say it's easy? Put in your time studying, you can get an A. As for chem, you need to take something with a lab, like General Chem or Inorganic Chem. No chem theory courses. Challenge yourself and stop looking for easy routes. Stony Brook is a rigorous but excellent program.
